- Use the official HoYoverse redemption page at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption, or the in-game "More" menu.
- Paste one code exactly as listed. Watch capitalization, punctuation, and symbols.
- Collect the reward from your in-game Mailbox before the mail itself expires. The code succeeding is not the same as the reward being banked.
- If a row fails, treat it as expired, capped, region-limited, or already redeemed until verified otherwise.
What to Verify Next
Livestream codes for this game are single-code, hard-expiry drops rather than long-lived giveaways: version 3.1 shipped exactly one code and it died within about three weeks. When the next Special Program airs, expect one code with a stated cut-off measured in days.
Version 3.2 is dated to September 9, 2026. HoYoverse runs a Special Program a few weeks ahead of each version — 3.1's aired on July 17, 2026 — so the 3.2 broadcast is the next realistic code event, and it had not been announced at the time of this check.
