Codes to Check First

Fifteen rows survived the August 20 PCGamesN recheck and the August 19 Fossbytes recheck. Four of the fifteen (TypeSoulWorldCup2030, SmallPatchYay, ErikkiMonth, palacecountdown) were filed as "dropped from the freshest list" on the August 15 check; PCGamesN's August 20 refresh has reinstated them all to its own working section, so they return to the working table below with a reinstated-by-fresher-tracker note. Three rows further (OasisGraduation, Smallinconvenience, Kurtisatung) moved to PCGamesN's own expired list last check; Fossbytes (August 19) carries all three as working and PCGamesN removed them from its August 20 expired section, so they move back up as dated-source-listed. No expiry date is published for any individual code by any outlet we read.

Expired Codes

Every tracker keeps an expired list of 100 to 200-plus entries, and none of them date individual expiries, so an exact recently-expired set with dates is not published anywhere we can check. What we can do is name the codes that moved. These fourteen were live rows on this page yesterday and now sit in PCGamesN's expired section, in the order that page prints them — which puts them at the top of its list, the position a recently-retired code occupies.

Older retirements, as examples of the shape of what has gone before: royalisverycool, newrankedrewards, guesswhosback, 10klikes. Exact expiry dates are not published for any of these.

Sources checked August 23, 2026: PCGamesN (its own stated update: August 20, 2026 — re-stamped; this check's reinstatements and the new TypeBugIsMYFavouriteGame row both trace to it), Pocket Tactics (its own stated update: August 11, 2026, unchanged; shares a publisher with PCGamesN), Fossbytes (its own stated update: August 19, 2026 — freshest independent corroborating outlet outside the shared publisher pair; kept TypeSoulWorldCup2030, ErikkiMonth, etc. working throughout), Destructoid (its own stated update: August 3, 2026, unchanged), plus the game's own Roblox listing, read directly on August 23, 2026 — stamped last updated August 19, 2026, with a few hundred players in game and no code anywhere in its description. GGGuides labels these as dated signals unless confirmed in-game.

How to Redeem

1. Launch the game.
2. Click the gift box icon in the top-left of the screen, near chat.
3. Type or paste the code into the "Enter Code Here" box.
4. Press Enter.

Across checks, one tracker has described a coins icon in the bottom-left instead; the clear majority describe the top-left gift box, so we follow that. Codes are case-sensitive and the list mixes upper and lower case, so copy and paste rather than typing. And if nothing happens at all, check your rank first — below Semi-Rank 2 the box will not pay out.

When New Codes Drop

Drops are frequent but irregular, pegged to events rather than a calendar: major updates, hotfixes, shutdown compensation, real-world events and staff birthdays. Codes expire quickly, so a code that has sat on a tracker for weeks is a weaker bet than a fresh one. They are announced first in the official Type Soul Discord update-log and announcements channels, with the Type Soul Info V2 Trello board as a secondary source.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active. The page records what was checked, when it was checked, and what players should verify next.
