The Forge [BETA] is a Roblox mining, forging and combat RPG made by The Forge Community, a verified Roblox group. Every figure on this page comes from Roblox's own public API rather than a tracker's paraphrase, and each one is stamped with the moment we read it. At 22:34 UTC on August 18, 2026 the game was live as The Forge [BETA] with 1,394 players in game and 1,026,924,124 lifetime visits.

Coverage stance: We have first-party numbers for The Forge, and we have not played it. This hub stops where our evidence stops — there is no strategy guide here and no invented mechanics. Our codes page treats the game's one surviving code as a dated source-listed signal held under caution, not a confirmed reward, and states plainly why the dormancy since June complicates every tracker's dates.

Read directly from Roblox's own public endpoints at 22:34 UTC on August 18, 2026, for universe 7671049560 (root place 76558904092080). These are raw platform fields, not estimates. Both links open the live JSON, so you can re-run our reading yourself rather than take our word for it — the numbers will have moved on since we read them, which is the point:

Live title at reading: The Forge [BETA] · Developer: The Forge Community (Roblox group 35489258, verified badge) · Universe 7671049560, root place 76558904092080.

One cross-check worth noting: our codes page read this same platform update field on August 14, 2026, and it also showed June 14, 2026. Today's reading shows the identical timestamp, which means the game has now gone 65 days without a platform-recorded update as of this reading — two independent first-party reads agreeing on a game that has not shipped anything new.

Background

The Forge launched on May 10, 2025 and its live title still carries the [BETA] tag. The platform's own updated field last moved on June 14, 2026, which is the most recent development activity the API can confirm. Across the roughly 465 days between launch and this reading it has accumulated over one billion visits, which averages out to roughly 2.2 million visits per day of its life (1,026,924,124 ÷ 465) — an average, not a claim about how evenly that traffic actually arrived.

The developer's own description flags the game as still under development and invites bug reports and suggestions through "our community server," without naming or linking a specific server in the field we read. We have not gone looking for that server ourselves, so it is not included below.

How the Game Works

The Forge is built around three verbs the developer's own description names directly: mining, forging and fighting. Players mine ore, then forge it into gear through a process the description says gives "each ore combination" a "unique design and distinct traits," across more than 1,000 item variations. The description also names defeating enemies, collecting Runes to "enhance your items," and exploring new islands. On PC it lists specific controls: Q to dash, Shift to sprint, Ctrl to shift-lock, R or right-click while shift-locked for a heavy attack, F to block, and T to open the menu.

Original illustrationThe description states the core loop as mining ore, forging it into gear across 1,000+ variations, then fighting enemies. This is not a screenshot or a capture from the game.

The description also promises "new content every update," a claim the platform's own updated field does not currently support — nothing has moved since June 14, 2026. That is the honest limit of what we can state. We are not describing ore-combination strategy, build optimisation or PvP tactics, because none of that is in the description and we have not played the game to verify it independently.

Official Channels

Where to go for first-party information. We link these without nofollow because we have checked them and we do stand behind them, unlike the third-party trackers we cite on the codes page.

The raw API endpoints behind our figures are linked in the Live Snapshot section above rather than here, because they are a verification tool rather than somewhere a player would go.

The Forge Codes (August 2026)

One source-listed code held under caution rather than confirmed, why two months without a dev update leaves every tracker guessing at expiry, and the redeem steps.

Codes

The Forge's code system currently has one surviving source-listed signal, FORGEWEEKENDS13, and our codes page holds it under caution rather than marking it confirmed active. Codes are entered through the Settings gear in the top-left corner of the game screen, not a menu button. Full detail, sourcing and the caution reasoning are on the codes page.

One code under caution, a dormancy read against our own prior check, and a dated source list.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active, and we do not quote a player count without saying when we read it. This page records what was checked, when it was checked, and where the evidence runs out.
