August 23 recheck — the position holds on three fresher outlets. TechWiser re-stamped to August 20, 2026 and restates plainly that no code redemption system is currently implemented. AllThings. How (August 21, 2026) independently confirms the same position. GamingOnPhone (August 15, 2026) now also agrees that the game has no redeem-code option and that rewards currently arrive only through the in-game mailbox. The dissenting Nerdschalk hedged claim ("Settings or Shop screen" path) from last check is still unsupported by any other outlet, and the newest outlets (August 20-21) are the most explicit that no screen exists. KLab support centre articles, official X account, and official site are all unchanged in not documenting a code flow.
Trust note: There are still no codes for this game, and nothing changed on the August 15, 2026 recheck. The game launched globally (excluding Mainland China) on August 6, 2026, and nine days later no redeem, serial or gift code exists for it. Multiple separate outlets state the same thing, the most recent of them dated August 13, 2026, and no code appears in any KLab press release, on the official site, or in the support centre. Any site listing a working code for this game is fabricating it. This page lists no codes rather than inventing them, and it tracks the official channels so it can fill in the moment real codes exist.
The one change worth reporting is that there is no change. This page exists to say a game has no code system, which is a claim that quietly rots if nobody re-tests it — so here is exactly what we re-tested on August 15, 2026. TechWiser, the outlet that states most plainly that no redemption system is implemented, still carries its own date of August 13, 2026 and has not revised that position. We also went looking specifically for evidence that KLab had added a redemption feature since, because that would be the genuinely significant finding, and we found none: no press release, no support-centre article, no outlet reporting one. We could not re-read KLab's press release index directly this time — the listing page returned only its template to us — so the two press releases cited below are carried from the August 13 reading rather than re-confirmed. If KLab ships a code screen, this page changes shape completely, and we would rather check for that every day and report nothing than assume it never happens.

Code Status

The redeem path is now clearer than it was in launch week. The newest outlet, dated August 13, 2026, states plainly that no code redemption system is currently implemented in the game, and an outlet dated August 7, 2026 likewise states the game does not have a redeem code option available. Rewards currently reach players only through the in-game mailbox. KLab has documented no code-entry screen either: the support centre hosts only Terms of Use and Privacy Policy articles, with no code-redemption article and no code-entry screen in official material.

We can now name the dissenting outlet: Nerdschalk, its own stated date August 8, 2026, tells readers to look for a Codes button in-game "usually tucked inside the Settings or Shop screen" — while simultaneously confirming there are no active codes to put in it. That hedged phrasing is the tell. It is a description of where such a button normally lives in games of this type, not a report of one being seen in this game, and no other source corroborates it. We note the claim rather than presenting it as an equal-weight possibility. Aggregator descriptions of a "Settings → Other → Enter Gift Code" path for United Survival do not come from KLab either. There is also an auto-generated wiki-domain page for this title asserting the same no-codes position; it agrees with us, but it is the kind of source that agrees with everything, so it adds nothing and we do not count it.

What Is Confirmed Instead

KLab's pre-registration campaign confirmed milestone rewards. These are not redeem codes — you do not type anything in. They were distributed via the in-game mailbox on first login, and because pre-registrations passed 1,000,000 before launch, every milestone tier released.

Login Bonuses and Campaign Rewards — Not Codes

Most of the free rewards players are seeing in week one arrive automatically. They are login bonuses and campaign gifts delivered to the in-game mailbox, so there is nothing to type in and no code involved. That distinction is the whole point of this page.

  • Start Dash Login Bonus — ran exactly as announced: 30 days, 30,000 free Herostones (about 120 enlistments), 10 Featured Enlistment Tickets, 20 Equipment Enlistment Tickets, plus textbooks and materials, 360 shards of the LR Collection "How I Became the World's Greatest Hero" and 60 shards of "Stand Victorious!".
  • 1,000,000 downloads celebration login bonus — announced by KLab on August 13, 2026 and running from August 13 to August 31, 2026 at 23:59 JST: 10 each of Melee, Projectile and AoE Character Enlistment Tickets, plus 10 Featured Enlistment Tickets.
  • App Store number 1 commemorative gift — announced August 7, 2026 after the game reached number 1 in App Store Top Free Games in certain regions: 1,500 Herostones and the LR Collection "Now, It Begins".

None of these is a redeem code, and none of them requires a code to claim.

How Codes Would Likely Work

KLab's existing titles set a useful precedent. Bleach: Brave Souls does not redeem codes through an in-game box at all — it uses an external web store at store.bleach-bravesouls.com/code, which asks for game and server selection, your Player ID, and the item code, and it is not available to console players.

So if United Survival ships codes, expect one of two shapes: an in-game menu, or a KLab web portal that requires your Player ID. Have your Player ID to hand either way. Until KLab documents the actual flow, treat any third-party redeem instructions for this game as unverified.

Where Codes Will Appear First

There is no official game Discord. Any Discord server claiming to distribute codes for this game is fan-run, and we do not link one.

What Is Coming Next

The only confirmed upcoming item is the 1-million-download login bonus, which runs through August 31, 2026. No banners, collaborations or roadmap beyond that have been announced. For a game of this type, codes usually arrive alongside a collaboration or an anniversary — and none is publicly scheduled yet, so there is no near-term trigger to expect codes from.

Sources checked August 23, 2026: TechWiser (its own stated date: August 20, 2026 — re-stamped and the newest outlet we could read that directly states no code redemption system is implemented), Nerdschalk (its own stated date: August 8, 2026, unchanged — the dissenting outlet as described; confirms there are no active codes), GamingonPhone (its own stated date: August 15, 2026 — now also states the game has no redeem code option available), AllThings. How (its own stated date: August 21, 2026 — second independent corroborator of the no-code-system position alongside TechWiser). First-party unchanged from last check: official United Survival site, official X account @MHA_HS_en, and official support centre at support.heroaca-unitedsurvival.com — none exposes a code entry screen or article. No code appears in any of them. GGGuides labels codes as dated signals unless confirmed in-game.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active. The page records what was checked, when it was checked, and what players should verify next.
