Heartopia is a multiplayer life-simulation game from XD, released on PC, iOS and Android on January 7, 2026, with the Steam version following later. Heartopia has no public stats API the way Roblox titles do, so every figure on this page comes from XD's own Steam listing, XD's own heartopia.xd.com site, XD's official X account, or a dated report we opened ourselves — never a tracker's paraphrase. As of August 18, 2026 the Heartopia × SANRIO CHARACTERS collaboration is still running, with five days left before it closes on August 23, 2026.

Coverage stance: We have official-source facts for Heartopia's launch, its current collaboration event, and the features XD itself lists, and we have not played it. This hub stops where our evidence stops — there is no strategy guide here and no invented mechanics. Our codes page treats every code as a dated source-listed signal and states plainly where its two trackers disagree with each other.

What Is Live Right Now

Heartopia has no public description field the way a Roblox game does, so the following comes from a dated third-party report we opened ourselves — GamingOnPhone, published July 18, 2026.

  • Heartopia × SANRIO CHARACTERS. GamingOnPhone reports the collaboration runs July 17 to August 23, 2026, adding outfits and vehicles themed around three characters: Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and My Melody.
  • Free crepe recipes. The same report lists three character-themed recipes obtainable for free: a Cinnamoroll Crepe (Wheat, Butter, Eggs, Coffee), a Kuromi Crepe (Wheat, Butter, Eggs, Raspberry), and a My Melody Crepe (Wheat, Butter, Eggs, Milk).
  • Gacha and furniture. The report also describes a Sanrio-themed gacha machine and furniture sets named after the three characters, plus stickers unlockable through daily in-game requests.

Background

Heartopia launched on PC (via XD's own client), iOS and Android on January 7, 2026; the Steam version followed at a later date the outlets we checked do not agree on, so we are not stating one. The Geekly Grind's press-release report, dated January 8, 2026, described Heartopia as having "quickly become the App Store's top downloaded free mobile game in over 50 countries and regions worldwide."

The game passed a downloads milestone in the spring: dlh.net reported on April 7, 2026 that Heartopia had passed 30 million worldwide downloads, marked by a Whimsical Tea Party update (starting April 4, 2026) adding new outfits and furniture, plus a thank-you gift claimable from the in-game mailbox through May 29, 2026 — now expired, and mentioned here only as a dated historical fact.

How the Game Works

XD's own Steam listing describes Heartopia as "a multiplayer life simulation game crafted for creativity, freedom, and peace," where players "build your dream home, explore a wide range of hobbies, and forge warm connections with friends in a town full of endless possibilities." The same listing states the game includes six major hobbies — among them fishing, cooking, gardening and birdwatching — home building and customisation, over 1,000 outfit combinations, and pet adoption for cats and dogs. It also states the game requires a third-party account, through Hi-Rez, Google or Facebook, to play. That is the honest limit of what XD states first-party. We have not played Heartopia and are not going to describe hobby-levelling speed, the most profitable crafting routes, or currency conversion rates from second-hand guides — if we cannot source it first-party, it does not go on this page.

Codes

Heartopia has an active code system. Codes are entered through the watch or phone interface's Settings panel and are case-sensitive. Full detail, sources and caveats — including where our two trackers disagree — are on the codes page.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active, and we do not state a game fact without saying where we read it. This page records what was checked, when it was checked, and where the evidence runs out.
