Evade is a round-based horror and survival experience from the Hexagon Development Community, a verified Roblox group. Every figure on this page comes from Roblox's own public API rather than a tracker's paraphrase, and each one is stamped with the moment we read it. At 06:59 UTC on August 17, 2026 the game was live as Evade 🌊 with 45,873 players in game and 9,043,315,081 lifetime visits.

Coverage stance: We have first-party numbers and first-party event facts for Evade, and we have not played it. This hub stops where our evidence stops — there is no strategy guide here and no invented mechanics. Our codes page treats every code as a dated source-listed signal, holds two contested codes out of the active table, and states plainly where trackers disagree with each other.

Live Snapshot

Both links open the live JSON, so you can re-run our reading yourself rather than take our word for it — the numbers will have moved on since we read them, which is the point:

Live title at reading: Evade 🌊 · Developer: Hexagon Development Community (Roblox group 5693735, verified badge) · Universe 3647333358, root place 9872472334.

One thing worth noticing across readings: on August 14 the live title was Evade [🌊 ] and on August 17 it is Evade 🌊 . Concurrent players also moved from 50,304 to 45,873 between those readings. Concurrency swings with time of day and weekday, so a single reading is a snapshot rather than a trend — we publish the timestamp precisely so you can treat it that way.

What These Numbers Actually Mean

Raw counts are easy to quote and easy to misread. These are the three derived figures we use internally to judge whether a game is durable, and what they say about Evade.

  • Favourites as a share of visits — 0.090%. This is a retention signal: how many of the people who showed up cared enough to bookmark. Evade's 0.090% sits in the normal band for a large, healthy Roblox experience. It matters because the raw favourite count alone can be gamed — some games hand out an in-game reward for favouriting, which pushes the ratio to 1.5% or higher and tells you nothing about whether anyone came back. Evade shows no sign of that.
  • Favourites per concurrent player — about 177 to 1. This compares the size of the returning population to the size of the room at any one moment. A high ratio means a large audience that cycles through rather than a small one that never leaves. For contrast, a game where players roll for a few weeks and then move on tends to land nearer 20 to 1.
  • Approval at 93.9% across 3.38 million votes. The vote count matters as much as the percentage — a 95% rating on ten thousand votes is noise, while 93.9% on 3.38 million is a settled verdict from a very large sample.

Put together: four years old, still carrying tens of thousands of concurrent players, a normal and unmanipulated retention profile, and a large-sample approval rating. That is a durable game rather than a spike. We are not putting an all-time platform rank on the visit count, because we did not verify one.

What Is Live Right Now

All three of the following come from the game's own description field on the Roblox API, read August 17, 2026 — first-party, not a tracker's paraphrase.

  • 4th Birthday celebration. The description says the birthday event has brought 14+ Legacy maps back, and that they stay available until the end of the Summer Event. The API's own created date of June 10, 2022 independently confirms the game really did turn four this year, so the birthday framing checks out against a second first-party field rather than resting on marketing copy alone.
  • Summer Event. The description says the Summer Event is live and that players collect Bubbles to unlock items, cosmetics and emotes. The live title carries a wave emoji — the developers flagging the same event on the storefront.
  • Codebase rewrite. The description states the developers have rewritten the codebase for better stability and optimisation.

Note the currency mismatch: the Summer Event runs on Bubbles, while the code trackers list Points as the reward for the summer code. We flag that rather than smoothing it over — see caveat three on the codes page.

Background

Evade launched on June 10, 2022 and has been updated continuously since — the most recent developer update recorded by the platform was August 17, 2026, hours before this reading. Across those four years it has accumulated over nine billion visits, which averages out to roughly 5.9 million visits per day of its life, though real traffic is far from evenly spread.

Original illustrationThe 4th Birthday event brought 14+ Legacy maps back, per the developer's description. Our illustration of that idea — the fragments shown are not the actual maps.

The code system was not there at launch. It arrived on November 13, 2022 with the "1 Billion Visits Update" — a detail that also anchors the earliest entry in the game's expired-code archive, and one of the reasons we treat that archive as genuine rather than fabricated. The developers' own description carries a standing anti-cheat warning and a photosensitivity warning about flashing lights and loud sounds, both of which we mention because they are first-party player-facing facts rather than opinion.

How the Game Works

Evade is a round-based horror and survival game: players are dropped into a map and have to evade Nextbots, the pursuing entities the game is built around. Servers hold up to 15 players. That is the honest limit of what we can state. We have not played the game and we are not going to describe round timers, downed-and-revive rules, movement technique or map-specific routes from second-hand summaries — if we cannot source it first-party, it does not go on the page.

Official Channels

Where to go for first-party information. We link these without nofollow because we have checked them and we do stand behind them, unlike the third-party trackers we cite on the codes page.

The raw API endpoints behind our figures are linked in the Live Snapshot section above rather than here, because they are a verification tool rather than somewhere a player would go.

Evade Codes (August 2026)

Four source-listed active signals, two contested codes held back in a separate group, the CODES-button redemption path that several competing pages still get wrong, and the four-year expired archive that makes the code set credible.

Codes

Evade has had a code system since November 13, 2022. Codes are case-sensitive and one use per account, and there is no level, group or prerequisite gate on redeeming them. The current redemption path is the CODES button on the main menu's right-hand UI rail — not the Twitter/X bird icon that several competing pages still describe. Full detail, sources and caveats are on the codes page.

Four active signals, two contested, one capitalisation conflict, one unreconciled reward, and a dated source list.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active, and we do not quote a player count without saying when we read it. This page records what was checked, when it was checked, and where the evidence runs out.
