Anime Origins is a Roblox anime tower defense experience built by the Roblox group Origins Project (group id 111457579, owned by HolyPeanutt). Every figure on this page comes from Roblox's own public API rather than a tracker's paraphrase, and each one is stamped with the moment we read it. At 09:48 UTC on August 17, 2026, roughly two and a half days after the game's public launch, it showed 23,055 players in game and 5,596,996 lifetime visits.

Coverage stance: We have first-party API figures and the developer's own store description for Anime Origins, and we have not played it. The description is short and names no live event, code or milestone, so this page carries no "What Is Live Right Now" section — padding one would mean inventing content the developer never wrote. Our codes page is a mechanism-only page: it could not verify a single circulating code against a first-party source and explains exactly why, rather than reprinting a list.

Both links open the live JSON, so you can re-run our reading yourself rather than take our word for it — the numbers will have moved on since we read them, which is the point:

Live title at reading: Anime Origins · Developer: Origins Project (Roblox group 111457579, 206,859 members) · Universe 8946565814, root place 129932912185311.

Roblox actually carries two different start dates for this game, eight months apart, and it is worth flagging rather than smoothing over. The API's created field reads October 14, 2025 — when Origins Project began building the universe, not when anyone could play it. The public launch came on August 14, 2026 at 21:00 UTC (5:00pm UTC-4), a time BloxInformer had pre-announced and which its own listing marked "Released!" when we checked it directly on August 17. The "Age" tile above uses the launch date, not the creation date, because that is the figure a player actually cares about.

Background

The most recent developer update the platform recorded was August 17, 2026 at 08:29 UTC, roughly an hour before this reading, so the game is still being patched in its first week. We do not yet have readings spaced far enough apart to state an update cadence, and we are not going to invent one for a game this young. The code system has not been established either: our codes page checked the developer's description, the Origins Project group shout and the official Discord, and found no first-party code in any of them — that page has the full account of why the outlets already publishing code lists disagree with each other on the rewards.

How the Game Works

Roblox files Anime Origins under Strategy → Tower Defense, and the developer's own store description describes summoning units to defend against endless waves of enemies, upgrading and evolving those units, and taking on Story Mode, Infinite Mode and Raids alongside friends. Servers cap at 22 players, private servers are free, and the description lists support for mobile, tablet, PC and console. That is the honest limit of what the description states. We have not played the game and we are not going to describe unit tiers, evolution costs, banner rates or trait tables from second-hand write-ups — if it is not in the developer's own words, it does not go on this page.

Official Channels

Where to go for first-party information. We link these without nofollow because we have checked them ourselves.

  • Anime Origins on Roblox — the experience itself, and the description field this page is sourced from.
  • Origins Project — the Roblox group behind the game, 206,859 members, owned by HolyPeanutt. The group shout was empty when we checked.
  • Anime Origins Discord — self-described as "the official Discord server for the Roblox tower defense game Anime Origins", with 94,444 members and 28,092 online at the moment we checked.

The raw API endpoints behind our figures are linked in the Live Snapshot section above rather than here, because they are a verification tool rather than somewhere a player would go.

Anime Origins Codes (August 2026)

Why we are publishing no active code table for this game, the reward-divergence problem across the outlets that do, the redeem path, and where a real code would actually appear first.

Codes

Anime Origins does not yet have a confirmed code system. Our codes page checked the developer's description, the Origins Project group shout and the official Discord and found no code in any of them. Full detail, the outlet-by-outlet reward conflicts and the redeem path are on the codes page.

Update Rule

We do not mark a code as active just because another page says it is active, and we do not quote a player count without saying when we read it. This page records what was checked, when it was checked, and where the evidence runs out.
